Baking and Roasting // quick, healthy, and delicious

Yesterday was a day of hot wings, beer, and anything else that proved to cause heartburn after more than one serving.

So this is why we bough zucchini and carrots rather than chicken wings.

375 F, turning them once till they’re caramelized.

For the carrots we used:
Olive oil, salt, pepper and a few garlic cloves for flavor.

For the zucchini we used:
Parmesan, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little bit of love.

Enjoy these snacks anytime!
